Arabinrin Aderonke was a panellist at the Women in Survey panel session, organized by the FCT Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors! This year’s theme, “Inspiring the Career Woman: Positioning Her Excellence.
She reflected on my challenges as an investigative journalist, sharing her first major hurdle and how it shaped her determination required to succeed in a demanding field.
She also discussed practical strategies for women to attain success, including the significance of prioritizing tasks, effective planning, and mastering time management. These skills are vital in navigating the complexities of our careers while maintaining a healthy work-life.

Arabinrin Aderonke was honoured to speak at the Safe Sport International Conference 2026, held from May 25–27, 2026, at University of Cape Town in Cape Town.
Speaking on “Tackling Gender-Based Violence in and through Sport,” she shared insights on the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and empowering sporting spaces for women and girls.
